Refund policy

At Christine Elizabeth Studio, each piece is created with great care and is intended to be a lasting investment. We want every collector to purchase with confidence, so please review the policy below.

Returns

Original Paintings

Because original artworks are one-of-a-kind, all original painting sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the artwork arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

Prints

Unframed prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number.
Clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.
A brief description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage, loss, or an error on our part.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in preparation or shipment and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Certificate of Authenticity

Every original painting includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate forms part of the artwork package and should be retained by the collector. Returned items must include all accompanying documentation.
